Shipping policy

I am pleased to offer international shipping for my ceramic items. Please note that shipping times may vary based on the destination country. 

The place of delivery is the address that you, the customer, have communicated to me.

Orders shipped outside of the Netherlands may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of you, the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs. I recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.

I will ship the order to you as fast as I can, but no later than 30 days, unless you have agreed to a longer delivery period.

Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Please note that delivery times may vary based on the shipping method selected and any potential delays caused by customs or other factors beyond my control.  All delivery times are indicative. You, the customer, cannot derive any rights from any stated periods. Exceeding a period does not entitle you, the customer, to compensation.

If delivery is delayed or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be fulfilled partially, I will  inform you of this no later than 30 days after placing the order. In such a case, you, the customer, have the right to dissolve the agreement (aka cancel the order) without any costs. Customer has no right to compensation. I will refund the amount paid by you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after dissolution.

The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with me until the moment of delivery to you, the customer, and made known to ne, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
