How can you justify the price of your ceramics?
My ceramics are hand made, by a person, not by a machine. By buying handmade you support a small business. But you also keep a craft alive!
Ceramics is a slow process, I listen to BTS, love a song, make a design, prep the clay, throw the pot, wait for it to dry, trim the pot, wait for it to dry, glaze the pot, wait for it to dry, fire the pot for 12 hours, wait for it to cool, finish the pot, photograph the pot, update the website, send out an shop update mail, receive your order, pack the pot, cycle to the post office and ship your package. That takes time and effort and that is more time and effort than a factory made, mass produced cup.
Good thing is that my cups will last a life time and you will think of BTS every time you drink out of it, that is for free!

Do you make custom ceramics?
I do not. Inspiration comes totally unplanned and I tried, but find it super hard to make pieces on demand.

What is your email marketing policy?
During a purchase, you can opt in for my newsletter during checkout. Check the agreement to email marketing during checkout in order to get on my newsletter list. This keeps me compliant with Dutch anti-spam laws and keeps you on the newsletter list.

How often do you send emails?
Not that much. Subscribers get first acces to my shops openings. If pots go on sale you also are update via my newsletter. And that is mainly what I send out in my emails. I promise you I will you maximum once a month an email. If you don't want to receive my newsletter, don't click the checkbox.

Where do you ship?
I can ship to Europe and the UK. I ship internationally to Canada and the USA, Australia, New Zealand and parts of Asia.

What will shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of the shipment. All shipments are send with PostNL, the Dutch postal services.
Shipping prices:
• Shipping to Netherlands. Europe and the UK is part of the price of the ceramics piece with a limit of 1 kilo per package/order.
• Worldwide shipping is an additional 20 euro's per piece with a limit of 1 kilo per package/order.
Please reach out to me if shipping to your country cannot be selected. We can see if we can make that happen. Shipping prices include packaging and postage. I know ceramics is heavy and shipping prices are high, and try to keep the costs as low as possible,

How long will shipping take?
I work hard to process and ship orders within 6 business days, Saturdays are my packing and shipping days.
Shipping times are really unpredictable at the moment. For international orders, different carriers have very different ship times, and clearing customs can take a week or more. You will receive an email with a tracking number once I have processed your order.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any and all customs and duty fees.
Managing incoming shipments is the customer's responsibility.

Will I be charged customs if I'm buying outside of Europe?
You probably will. It is not something I can influence.Customs charges are at the discretion of the recipient's country.
Customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Can I return an item?
Yes you can return my ceramics. But remember that they are all unique pieces, so I cannot usually replace them for a similar piece.
Also all my piece are hand made, so if you return because it is not perfect, just don't buy from my shop.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. We will refund the full order amount, including shipping costs. However, the cost of returning the product to us is at your own expense.
If you wish to exercise this right, please send an email to mogeraceramics@gmail.com. We will ensure that the amount due is refunded within 14 days of receiving your return, using the same payment method you used.
Of course, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and you may not use the product further than necessary to determine if it meets the agreement.

How can I report a damaged shipment?
I try my best to ship my ceramics as save as possible and a lot of effort is made to package in appropriate and eco-friendly protective materials.
If you receive a piece of my ceramics I require a digital photo as documentation along with your full name and mailing address.
Please note that most damage occurs in the final leg of the postal journey—please report to courier that delivered to your home.. If applicable, I will send a replacement item or a refund.

What is your phone number?
Sorry, I'm an introvert and not a fan of calling, I have a 9-5 job and am a one-woman operation so I do not take orders or questions over the phone. Please send me an email or reach out over social media. I will answer as soon as I can.

Do you have a physical store?
No, I only sell online. I'm based in Utrecht and if you want a pickup there please reach out to me after ordering.
