It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a product is suitable for its intended purpose. We are also not liable for damage caused by misuse, or by external factors such as extreme temperature fluctuations, dropping, or impact.

Warranty limitations: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer a factory warranty. However, if there are obvious manufacturing defects upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing photos of the defect.

Shipping and damage: We take great care to package our products securely for shipping. However, if damage occurs during transit, please notify us as described in the procedure mentioned in the terms and conditions.

Returns and right of withdrawal: Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason (right of withdrawal). The product must be in its original, unused condition for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping, customs, and import fees: We ship worldwide. Customs duties and import fees, which may apply to international shipments, are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that customers outside the Netherlands check potential import costs in advance.

Applicable law, CISG exclusion, and disputes

Applicable law: This website, all deliveries, and transactions are exclusively governed by Dutch law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is expressly excluded. In the event of disputes, the court in Utrecht shall have jurisdiction.

Terms and conditions: All of our products, services, and transactions are subject to our terms and conditions. These can be reviewed on our website and are available upon request.
